Ticket prices listed do not include a 10% tax and admin fee.

Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled for any reason.

The ticket QR code will be used as the entry point for festival access. Visitors must keep their QR code confidential, as it can only be redeemed once. Sharing the QR code may result in unauthorized use.

If a visitor loses their QR code for any reason, they will not be allowed to enter the festival area.

There will be no re-entry once a visitor exits the festival area.

Visitors without a valid ticket will be expelled from the festival area without exception. LaLaLa organizers may involve the police and seek compensation from visitors who illegally enter the festival area.

For transferable tickets, visitors must bring: • A printed ticket e-voucher • A printed Letter of Attorney (available on lalalafest.com) signed by the original ticket holder • A photocopy of the original ticket holder's ID (ID card/Passport/Driver's License/Identification Card/Student Card)

For 2-day pass holders, face recognition registration is required for entry. Ticket sharing is strictly prohibited.

Early Entry ticket holders may enter the venue until 5:00 PM. Visitors arriving after 5:00 PM will be required to pay a fine equal to the difference between the Early Entry ticket price and the General Admission (GA) ticket price for that event day.
