Yes. Set times will be announced on the official LaLaLa Festival website and Instagram account a few days before the festival. Please note that the lineup and set times are subject to change.

Are strollers allowed inside the venue?

Yes. Since the festival is open to all ages, strollers are allowed. Visitors under the age of 12 are advised to be accompanied by an adult.

Are professional cameras allowed?

Accepted Answer

DSLR, SLR, and cameras with detachable long lenses are considered professional equipment and are not allowed. However, mirrorless cameras, pocket cameras, disposable analog cameras, and polaroid cameras are permitted.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Since the festival begins in the afternoon and temperatures may be high, we recommend light, breathable clothing and comfortable shoes.

LaLaLa Festival is open to all ages. Visitors under the age of 12 are advised to be accompanied by an adult. Kids above 5 years old need to purchase their own ticket.

What ticket categories are available?

• General Admission (GA): Entry through the main festival gate.
• VIP: Includes GA access plus exclusive VIP areas, VIP lounge, VIP bar, and dedicated facilities.
• Early Entry (Before 5 PM): Ticket holders must enter before 5:00 PM. Visitors arriving after 5:00 PM will be required to pay a fee equal to the difference between the Early Entry ticket price and the regular GA ticket price for that day.

What is the Timed Front View VIP Area?

The Timed Front View VIP Area is a designated front-of-stage viewing zone with priority access and time-based entry regulations depending on the show. The shows that have this access are marked with (*).
VIP Area Layout legend: V = VIP Only, VTimed = Timed Front View VIP Area.

Who can enter the VIP Timed Area for shows marked with a star (*)?

Accepted Answer

For shows marked with a star (*), the VIP Timed Area is strictly reserved for VIP ticket holders from the beginning until the end of the performance.
EE (Early Entry) and GA (General Admission) ticket holders are not permitted to enter at any time.
*The star (*) indication will be announced together with the official rundown.

How does access work for shows without a star (*)?

Before the show starts: VIP ticket holders will receive priority access to enter the VIP Timed Area before the show begins.
Once the show starts: If the VIP Timed Area has not reached full capacity, access may be granted to EE and GA ticket holders until the area reaches capacity.
After the show ends: All non-VIP ticket holders must exit the VIP Timed Area once the performance concludes.

Show: Yung Kai (No Star) — VIP enters first. If space remains after the show begins, EE and GA ticket holders may enter. After the performance ends, non-VIP ticket holders must exit the area.
Show: Keshi (With *) — The VIP Timed Area is reserved exclusively for VIP ticket holders from start to finish. EE and GA ticket holders are not allowed to enter.

If I purchase a VIP ticket, is my spot secured?

Yes. Your VIP access is guaranteed.
VIP ticket holders will always have reserved access to the VIP Timed Area. You do not need to compete, rush, or “war” with other categories to secure your place in the VIP zone.
For shows with timed access (no *), VIP holders are given priority entry and space allocation before other categories are allowed in.
For shows marked with (*), the area is exclusively reserved for VIP from start to finish.

How many tickets can I purchase?

Each valid ID can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets.

Yes, only if tickets are not sold out in advance.

Yes. The new ticket holder must bring:
• A printed ticket e-voucher
• A printed Letter of Attorney (available on lalalafest.com) signed by the original ticket holder
• A photocopy of the original ticket holder's ID (ID card/Passport/Driver's License/Identification Card/Student Card)

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

No. As stated in the Terms & Conditions, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable for any reason.

How do I enter the festival?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket QR code will be scanned at the entrance to access the festival area. Please keep your QR code confidential, as it can only be redeemed once.

What happens if I lose my QR code?

If you lose your QR code or it has already been redeemed, you will not be allowed to enter the festival area.

Do I need to show an ID when entering?

Yes. Visitors must present a valid original photo ID (ID card / Passport / Driver's License / Student Card) when entering the festival.

No. Re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit the festival area, you will not be allowed to enter again.

Sorry, there's nothing we can do. Once we give it to you, it's yours! It will become your responsibility, NOT ours.

Visitors are required to show their ORIGINAL Identification Card, not a photocopy or photo (ID card/Passport/Driver's License/Identification Card/Student Card) with a photo when entering the festival and exchanging tickets.

We STRONGLY advise you to collect your wristbands before the day of the festival so you would enter the festival on the day without hassle and enjoy the experience.

You can wear your wristband once you get it, but once you've tried it on, you CANNOT and ARE NOT allowed to take it off because it will damage the wristband. Remember, please treat your wristband carefully and hold on to it.

No. Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. A wide variety of food and beverage vendors will be available inside the festival.

This year we are serious and strict about the Prohibited Items regulations to ensure the utmost safety of our visitors.
