What ticket categories are available?
• General Admission (GA): Entry through the main festival gate. • VIP: Includes GA access plus exclusive VIP areas, VIP lounge, VIP bar, and dedicated facilities. • Early Entry (Before 5 PM): Ticket holders must enter before 5:00 PM. Visitors arriving after 5:00 PM will be required to pay a fee equal to the difference between the Early Entry ticket price and the regular GA ticket price for that day.
• General Admission (GA): Akses masuk melalui gerbang utama festival. • VIP: Termasuk akses GA serta akses ke area VIP eksklusif, VIP lounge, VIP bar, dan fasilitas khusus lainnya. • Early Entry (Sebelum pukul 17.00): Pemegang tiket wajib memasuki venue sebelum pukul 17.00. What is the Timed Front View VIP Area?
The Timed Front View VIP Area is a designated front-of-stage viewing zone with priority access and time-based entry regulations depending on the show. The shows that have this access are marked with (*).

Who can enter the VIP Timed Area for shows marked with a star (*)?
For shows marked with a star (*), the VIP Timed Area is strictly reserved for VIP ticket holders from the beginning until the end of the performance. EE (Early Entry) and GA (General Admission) ticket holders are not permitted to enter at any time. *The star (*) indication will be announced together with the official rundown.

How does access work for shows without a star (*)?
Before the show starts: VIP ticket holders will receive priority access to enter the VIP Timed Area before the show begins. Once the show starts: If the VIP Timed Area has not reached full capacity, access may be granted to EE and GA ticket holders until the area reaches capacity. After the show ends: All non-VIP ticket holders must exit the VIP Timed Area once the performance concludes.

How does the VIP Timed Area work? (example)
Example (LaLaLa 2025): For a show without (*), VIP enters first; if capacity remains after the show begins, EE and GA ticket holders may enter; after the performance, non-VIP ticket holders must exit the area. For a show with (*), the VIP Timed Area is reserved exclusively for VIP ticket holders from start to finish; EE and GA ticket holders are not allowed to enter.

If I purchase a VIP ticket, is my spot secured?
Yes. Your VIP access is guaranteed. VIP ticket holders will always have reserved access to the VIP Timed Area. You do not need to compete, rush, or “war” with other categories to secure your place in the VIP zone. For shows with timed access (no *), VIP holders are given priority entry and space allocation before other categories are allowed in. For shows marked with (*), the area is exclusively reserved for VIP from start to finish.

How many tickets can I purchase?

How do I enter the festival?
Your ticket QR code will be scanned at the entrance to access the festival area. Please keep your QR code confidential, as it can only be redeemed once.

What happens if I lose my QR code?

Do I need to show an ID when entering?

Can I try or wear my wristband before the event?

What happens if I bring an item included in the Prohibited Items list?
This year we are serious and strict about the Prohibited Items regulations to ensure the utmost safety of our visitors. All prohibited items found by our security team will be disposed of immediately and will NOT be put aside for customers to reclaim.
