DrunkMonk 撞克茫客 is a five-piece rock band from Taipei, formed in 2020 and built on a sound that refuses easy categorisation. Drawing from 80s heavy metal, 90s grunge, classic hard rock, and post-2000s alternative, they layer in unexpected threads of swing jazz, funk, and disco — shifting textures from track to track while keeping the riffs front and centre.

With lyrics delivered in both English and Taiwanese, DrunkMonk channels the tension between everyday struggle and the search for spiritual release, brought to life through intense rhythms, sharp melodic hooks, and a stage presence that hits hard from the first note.
