- Attendees must comply with event and venue safety rules and safety instructions from staff. The organizer may refuse admission or remove anyone who causes a disturbance, threatens others or breaches safety rules.
- For everyone's safety, attendees must undergo a bag check before entering the event area. Please cooperate with staff at security checkpoints.
- The event is open to all ages. Children under 12 are advised to be accompanied by an adult. Children above 5 years old must have their own ticket.
- Children are not permitted to sit or ride on an adult's shoulders, to avoid obstructing the view of other attendees.
- Each VIP Table ticket contains one QR code for six attendees. The collector must redeem that QR code once to collect all six wristbands and distribute them to the group. Six separate individual tickets will not be issued.
- VIP tables will be allocated before the event in ticket-purchase order. Buyers cannot select their own table. The assigned table number will be confirmed before the event and sent by email.
- Each ticket may be redeemed for wristbands once only; each VIP Table ticket provides six wristbands as stated in A6. Attendees must wear their wristbands throughout the event. Exit and re-entry are permitted with an intact wristband. Tampered, damaged or torn wristbands are invalid for entry, and a new ticket must be purchased to re-enter.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the hall. Medication, baby food and medically necessary food must be presented to security staff at the hall entrance for inspection.
- Professional cameras are not permitted inside the hall. Photography and audio recording are permitted, but live streaming is not allowed.
- Photography, video and audio recording will take place at the event and may include attendees. By attending, attendees are deemed to consent to the organizer using these recordings in post-event content, advertising, publicity and marketing activities for the event.
- All tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled or postponed. This refund exception does not apply to cancellation or postponement caused by force majeure, government orders or requests for cooperation, or national mourning.
- The artist lineup and performance schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission if a ticket is damaged, altered or obtained through an unauthorized sales channel.
- For named tickets, identification matching the name on the ticket must be presented when collecting wristbands. If the collector is not the named ticket holder, written consent from the named ticket holder must be provided for the ticket transfer.
- If forged identification is detected, the organizer will refer the matter and the individual to the police and permanently ban that individual from future editions of the event.
- Bringing outside alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs into the event is prohibited. Anyone found doing so will be removed and their ticket invalidated. If illegal drugs are found, the organizer will refer the matter and the individual to the police and permanently ban them from future editions of the event.
- The organizer accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to attendees' personal belongings under any circumstances.
