• LaLaLa Festival 2020 Media Coverage Registration Terms and Conditions

Only the journalist or photographer from authorized media invited by LaLaLa Festival 2020 who can apply for Media Coverage Registration. Each media can only request 2 passes per media.

If your application is approved then you will get 1 Media Coverage Pack consists of 1 Media Wristband and 1 Media ID.

• All wristbands and Media ID  are issued at the discretion of LaLaLa Festival 2020 under the management of THE Group and Imaginary Boys
• All wristbands and Media ID  are non-transferable
• LaLaLa Festival 2020 will not provide a replacement for misplaced or lost passes.
• We are unable to provide tickets for other attendees or accompanying partners.

 

• Steps to apply LaLaLa Festival 2020 Media Coverage Registration:

Applicant must submit a media coverage registration online form with required documents as follows:

A copy of file of a pre-event coverage of LaLaLa Festival 2020 by the media you represent with details:

1. For Printed Media
   • Please prepare a color scanned copy of LaLaLa Festival 2020 pre-event coverage by the authorized media you represent
   • File should be in JPG / JPEG / PNG / PDF format
   • File should be at least 1MB
2. For Online Media
   • Please provide a link to a pre-event coverage of LaLaLa Festival 2020 by the authorized media you represent
3. For Radio
   • Please convert the pre-event coverage audio file of LaLaLa Festival 2020 by the authorized media you represent into MP3 / AAC / M4A format
4. For Television
   • Please provide a link to download the pre-event coverage of LaLaLa Festival 2020 by the authorized media you represent

 

• Time and Date of the LaLaLa Festival 2020 Media Coverage Registration

Submission deadline:
Friday, 13 March 2020
LaLaLa Festival 2020 will not entertain any request after the closing date.

Application status announcement:
Friday, 20^nd  March 2020
Application status will be announced via email along with necessary information, including collection date, timing, and location, as well as any other relevant information.
