Media Branding Request

Terms and Conditions of Media Branding Request at LaLaLa Festival 2019

  • Only authorized media partner of LaLaLa Festival 2019 who can apply for Media Branding Request at LaLaLa Festival 2019.
  • Each media could only request one Media Branding at LaLaLa Festival 2019.
  • Each media should be responsible for “Loading in and Loading Out Schedule”.
  • Each media should be responsible for their own media branding tools. LaLaLa Festival 2019 will not be responsible for any loss or damages.
  • Each Media could place the Media Branding only in the Media Branding space that is available according to the organizer of LaLaLa Festival 2019.
  • LaLaLa Festival 2019 will only provide the space and the electricity for Media Branding. If there’s any special need please provide all the needs on your own.
  • Each media must follow all the terms and conditions of Media Branding at LaLaLa Festival 2019.
  • The details of Media Branding will be informed later via email along with necessary information, including the official letter of loading, timing, and location, as well as any other relevant information.

Time and Date of the Media Branding Request at LaLaLa Festival 2019

Submission deadline:

Friday, 8 Feb 2019
LaLaLa Festival 2019 will not entertain any request after the closing date.

Details of Media Branding Announcement:

Monday, 11 Feb 2019

Loading In Schedule at Venue:

Friday, 22 Feb 2019 1pm – 7pm

Loading Out Schedule at Venue:

Sunday, 24 Feb 2019 start at 5am
