Bolehkah saya membawa obat-obatan pribadi ke venue?

Hanya obat-obatan dengan resep dokter. Kamu tidak boleh membawa obat-obatan terlarang jenis apapun ke dalam tempat acara.

Can I bring my personal medication to the venue?

Only for medical prescription. You can’t bring any kind of prohibited drugs to the venue

Apakah akan ada tempat charge untuk handphone?

Ya, akan tersedia charger port dalam jumlah yang terbatas. Mengantisipasi banyaknya jumlah pengguna, kami sangat menganjurkan kamu untuk membawa power bank milikmu sendiri!

Are there gonna be charger ports for phone on spot?

Yes, but it will be very limited cause thousands of phones need to be charged too. You better bring your own power bank! Responsibility is yours!

Apakah akan ada Tim Medis disana?

Tidak perlu khawatir, kami akan memastikan bahwa tim medis akan siap siaga sepanjang acara berlangsung!

Will there be emergency medical team on spot?

Sure, there will be emergency medical team stand by so you don’t have to worry!

Bolehkah saya pakai sepeda ke venue? Dimana saya harus parkir sepeda saya?

Kami sangat antusias menyambut para pengendara sepeda ke acara kami dan Yes! kami memiliki lokasi parkir khusus untuk kalian; tapi kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala kehilangan yang mungkin terjadi, jadi pastikan untuk mengunci sepedamu!

Can I ride my bicycle to the venue? Where should I park my ride?

We love all the bike (and the bikers too) to come to our event and Yes! we have special parking for you; but remember, the responsibility of your bicycle is on your own, better lock ‘em twice or even trice!

Bolehkah saya menyebarkan promotional kit (flyers, etc.)?

Jika kamu mencintai lingkunganmu, kami menganjurkan untuk tidak menyebarkan flyer dan segala bentuk promosi apapun berbahan dasar kertas selama acara. 

Can I spread promotional kit (flyers, etc.) on spot?

If you love the environment as much as we do, please do not spread the flyer or anything that is made from paper

Apakah akan tersedia vendor makanan dan minuman selama acara?

Kami tidak akan membiarkanmu kelaparan dan kehausan selama acara berlangsung! Jangan lupa untuk mempersiapkan uang tunaimu!

Will there be food and beverage vendors at the festival?

We won’t let you starve and thirsty! Get your cash cash cash at LaLaLa to get all you need!

Apakah saya bisa masuk kembali ke venue jika saya sudah keluar?

Ya, selama wristband ID kalian masih terpasang.

Can I re-enter the venue after exiting?

Yes, as long as your wristband ID is still attached.

Apakah akan terdapat booth Lost and Found?

Ya, tapi kami sangat menganjurkan untuk berhati-hati dengan barang-barang pribadi yang kamu bawa. Jika kamu menemukan barang-barang yang tertinggal, kamu bisa meninggalkannya di booth yang telah tersedia untuk kenyamanan bersama. Sharing is caring, right?

Will there be any Lost and Found booth?

Yes, but we strongly advise you to be extra cautions with your personal belongings. If you find anything at the venue that doesn’t belong to you, you may leave it in our Lost and Found booth. Sharing is caring, right?

Apakah saya boleh membawa kamera ke dalam acara?

Kamera profesional dengan lensa yang bisa dilepas tidak diperbolehkan ke dalam acara, tapi kalian bisa membawa kamera lainnya!

Can I bring my camera to the venue?

You are allowed to bring cameras as long as they are not professional (which means as long as they do not have a removable lens)!

Apakah akan ada rekruitmen untuk volunteer?

Ya, kami akan membuka lowongan relawan, namun dalam jumlah terbatas! Pastikan membeli tiketmu sebelum kehabisan!

Is there gonna be open recruitment for volunteer?

Yes, recruitments for volunteers will be opened but it will be very limited! Better secure your tickets!

Apakah akan terdapat tenant submission?

Kami telah mempersiapkan tenant-tenant terpilih untuk menyediakan makanan dan minuman selama acara berlangsung, jadi kami tidak menerima lowongan untuk tenant makanan dan minuman. Tapi jika kamu ingin mengirimkan lowongan untuk merek & tenant kreatif, kami akan dengan senang hati menerimanya di info@lalalafest.com!

Are there gonna be tenant submission?

We are curating delicious food and beverage tenants for the event, so there won’t be any F&B’s tenant submission. But if you want to submit your creative brand or tenant, we’ll love to have you aboard so please submit to info@lalalafest.com!

Apakah perbedaan early entry ticket and early bird ticket?

Jika kamu membeli tiket Early Entry, kamu diharuskan untuk tiba di tempat acara SEBELUM jam 4 sore.

Jika kamu membeli tiket Early Bird, tidak ada aturan spesifik untukmu. Tiketmu berlaku sama seperti tiket reguler, hanya kamu mengamankannya lebih cepat daripada yang lain!

What is the difference between early entry ticket and early bird ticket?

If you purchase an Early Entry ticket, you are required to arrive at the venue BEFORE 4 PM.

But if you purchase an Early Bird ticket, there is absolutely no requirement. It will just be like purchasing a regular ticket, except much much earlier than everyone else!

Unfortunately, Early Bird tickets are sold out already!

Bagaimana prosedur pembelian tiket?

Masuk ke dalam website kami di https://lalalafest.com/cart dan pilih jenis tiket yang kamu inginkan.

Setelah memilih tiket, kamu diharuskan untuk mengisi data seperti alamat, nomor telepon, identitas diri, dan sebagainya. Jika kamu membeli lebih dari satu tiket, kamu juga harus mengisi data untuk setiap pemegang tiket. Nama-nama pemegang tiket kemudian akan tercantum secara otomatis dalam tiketmu.

Tim LaLaLa akan mengirimkan email mengenai detail pembayaran yang harus kamu lakukan. JANGAN menggunakan nomor rekening yang terdapat dalam PDF “Simpan Instruksi”, atau pembayaran kamu akan otomatis gagal. Setiap pembeli akan memiliki nomor rekening tersendiri untuk proses pembayaran. Kamu diharuskan untuk melunasi pembayaran dalam waktu 12 jam, atau pesananmu akan dibatalkan oleh sistem.

Setelah selesai dengan pembayaran, kamu akan menerima email konfirmasi dari Midtrans dan link e-tiket dari LaLaLa Festival. Tiket yang dapat kamu unduh akan berbentuk PDF dan dilengkapi dengan barcode unik.

Tada! Kamu sekarang siap untuk menjadi bagian dari LaLaLa Festival bulan Maret nanti!

What do I have to do after making the payment?

Go to our website on https://lalalafest.com/cart/ and pick your preferred type of ticket.

Once you chose and order our ticket you will have to fill out personal data like your address, phone number, ID number, etc. In cases where you purchase more than 1 ticket, say 10 tickets, you will have to fill out personal data of 10 people too. The names later on will automatically be printed on the tickets.

LaLaLa will be emailing you the bank account number to which you may proceed your payment. Do NOT use the bank account number written in the “Simpan Instruksi” PDF, if you do use it your payment will automatically fail. Each buyers will have unique bank account number for their payments. Do pay within 12 hours, or your order will be automatically cancelled.

Once you have proceeded with the payment, you will receive an email from Midtrans for confirmation and from LaLaLa Festival with a link of your online ticket attached. The ticket will be in a PDF format and will contain a unique barcode.

Tada! You are now officially part of our crowd!

Apa yang harus saya lakukan setelah saya sudah bayar?

Jika kamu sudah membayar tiketmu, yang perlu kamu lakukan hanya menunggu email konfirmasi dari Midtrans. Setelahnya, LaLaLa Festival juga akan mengirimkan link e-tiket milikmu. Tiket yang dapat kamu unduh akan berbentuk PDF dan dilengkapi dengan barcode unik.

What do I have to do after making the payment?

If you have indeed paid for your ticket purchases wait until you will receive an email from Midtrans for payment confirmation and later from LaLaLa Festival where which we will give you a link to download your ticket (in a PDF format). The PDF will contain a unique barcode accordingly to every ticket purchased.

Jika saya sudah membeli tiket, dimana dan kapan saya harus menukarnya dengan wristband?

Kami akan segera menginformasikannya lebih lanjut! Penukaran tiket dengan wristband akan dilakukan dalam waktu 1-2 minggu sebelum acara berlangsung.

After purchasing a ticket, where and when do I have to exchange it for a wristband?

We’ll notify you very soon! Exchanging the ticket to a wristband will be done 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

Bagaimana jika wristband saya hilang/rusak?

Jika rusak, kamu bisa datang ke Help Desk Booth pada hari H, tapi kami tidak bisa menggantikan wristband yang hilang, jadi jaga wristbandmu baik-baik!

What do I do if my wristband is missing/damaged?

If your wristband is damaged, make your way to the help desk booth on the day of the event.

However, if its missing, sorry the lost is yours cause we can’t track ‘em down!

Saya mengalami masalah ketika membeli tiket, siapa yang harus saya hubungi?

Kamu bisa menghubungi Customer Service kami via order@lalalafest.com yang akan dengan senang hati membantu mengenai permasalahan tiket.

Will I be able to see all the lineup present in LALALA?

Bagaimana jika saya ingin upgrade ticket dari reguler ke VIP?

Kamu tidak bisa melakukan upgrade untuk tiketmu, jadi pastikan untuk mempertimbangkannya sebelum membeli.

What if I want to upgrade my ticket from regular to VIP?

You can’t upgrade your ticket so please consider this before buying.

Jika saya tidak jadi datang, apakah tiket saya bisa di refund?

Kami sangat-sangat menyesal mendengar kamu tidak dapat hadir, namun seluruh tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan.

If I fail to make it to the event, can my ticket be refunded?

For any kind of reason, we are extremely sad that you couldn’t make it to festival! But sorry, all the purchased tickets are non-refundable

Bisakah wristband saya dipakai orang lain?

Ya, selama kamu belum memasangkan wristbandmu di tanganmu.

Can my wristband be used by another person?

It’s possible as long as the wristband hasn’t been buckled onto your hand.

Jika saya tidak jadi datang, apakah tiket saya bisa digantikan orang lain?

Jika dengan sangat menyesal kamu telah membeli tiket namun tidak dapat hadir dan ingin mengalihkan tiketmu, pastikan bahwa temanmu membawa fotokopi identitas dirimu dan Surat Kuasa dengan dibubuhi materai Rp 6000,00 (kamu dapat mendownload di sini) sebagai bukti persetujuan darimu!

Should I fail to attend, can I pass my ticket to someone else?

In cases where (very sadly) you have purchased our ticket but cannot attend and would like to pass it, make sure that your friend brings a copy of Your ID Card (that you have used to purchase our ticket) along with power of Attorney signed on Materai Rp. 6000,- (you can download it right here) as a proof of your approval to pass on your ticket.

Jam berapa saya harus tiba di acara?

Cek tiketmu; jika kamu membeli tiket Early Entry, pastikan kamu datang SEBELUM jam 4 sore atau kamu harus membayar biaya tambahan untuk memasuki tempat acara. Pemegang jenis tiket lain diperbolehkan untuk datang kapan saja, tapi beragam atraksi forest festival yang kami tawarkan sudah dapat kamu akses semenjak siang hingga malam, jadi jangan sampai ketinggalan!
What time do I have to come?

Check your ticket; if you hold the early entry ticket then you have to make sure that you are present before 4 PM, or you will have to pay additional charge for entry. For any other tickets than early entry, then you get to decide anytime you want to come, but don’t miss out the whole experience and ambience of our forest festival that would be presented since noontime!

Apa saja opsi pembayaran di tempat acara berlangsung (cash, debit, atau kartu kredit)?

Kami menyediakan mesin EDC untuk transaksi dengan kartu debit, tapi kami merekomendasikanmu untuk membawa uang cash secukupnya!

What kind of payment do you accept at the venue (cash, debit, or credit card)?

We provide EDC for transaction with debit card, but we do recommend you to bring your cash for more convenience!

Apakah akan ada ATM?

Sayangnya tidak, tapi kamu dapat melakukan transaksi dengan kartu debitmu.

Will there be any ATM?

Unfortunately no, but you can use your debit card to make a transaction.

Apakah acara akan dibatalkan jika hujan?

Acara akan tetap berlangsung meskipun hujan, kecuali terjadi cuaca ekstrem yang tidak dapat terkendali.

Will the event be cancelled if it’s raining?

The festival will take place rain or shine with the exception of an extreme weather event.

Apakah hewan peliharaan diperbolehkan untuk masuk?

Kami menyayangi hewan-hewan peliharaan kami sama seperti kamu, tapi kamu harus meninggalkan mereka di rumah.

Are pets allowed to enter?

We love our pets as much as you love yours, but we’re sorry that your lovely pet should stay at home.

What to wear:

Wear all the comfortable outfit, it’s a festival not a gala!

Dear guys, you will go to an international forest festival. Where you could walk along the festival and explore all the excitement things that we provide for you from day till night! So please, wear something comfortable yet Warm, you could start from Outerwear with Printed Pattern to Jacket with solid color or pattern! Long trousers will fit your leg best at the forest cause the temperature will be colder when the moon comes!

Get your shoes ready cause sandal ain’t steady

As much as we love your birkenstock please wear shoes, thousands of people will be there and not everyone can watch their step so the shoes will save you! You’ll step your feet on the ground and grass in the middle of forest! Boots and Sneakers will be a perfect company!

Bring jacket, sweater, or even gloves!
The temperature at night will get a lot colder than at the day, make sure you’ll bring the stuff that keeps you warm. Hug does count, but you can’t hug all along the festival right?

Cover your head with a hat!

Even the trees would cover your head, the sun could still hit you right in the face. Wear a hat like vedora, snapback or beanie. If you think that hat will ruin your outfit, sunblock is such a necessary to be applied!

If we’re talking about protection, we’re talking about Scarf!
Should we remain you again, it’s a forest festival, wear a scarf or a bandana just in case there will be dust! Plus, the scarf could elevate your look if you put on the nice one! Any thoughts?

Accessories ain’t for ladies!

A right accessories will definitely get you a super stylish look! Dear gentlemen, A Pack of bracelet or simple neckless will match the forest touch that you want so you could feel that you’re blending with the nature!

What to Bring

  • Sunblock or Suncream. 
Unless your skin was made out of iron, you need to protect your skin from the sunlight.
  • Tissue
. You’ll be walking, running, dancing, singing, hugging, along the festival, so the possibility to get sweaty is 100%! Make sure you bring your wet tissue and dry tissue to wipe all the sweat on you!
  • Sunglasses and Sunhat. 
Besides it will make you and your squad look very lit, sunglasses and sunhat will keep you stay comfortable if the sunlight smack you in the eye and the face!
  • Power Bank
. Get your cash from the Bank is not the only thing you need, the power from Power Bank should be on your list too! We’ll provide you many charger stations there, but we know that you want to charge your phone while snapchatting right? then bring one!
  • Medium Backpack
. Put all the things you bring in one compact medium backpack! You’ll go to a forest for a festival not for a camp, so bring the only things that you need!
  • Medical Prescription. 
You’re the only one who knows you best, if you have some special cases, such as Ashtma, etc. Please bring your own medical prescription so you’ll be happy without worry!
  • Jacket or Outerwear
