Steps

• Apa yang harus saya lakukan untuk membeli tiket LaLaLa Festival 2019? Pertama, setelah masuk website kami di www.lalalafest.com, pastikan Anda sudah membuat akun LaLaLa di bagian “MY ACCOUNT” sebelum melakukan pembelian tiketmu. Setelah akunmu sudah jadi, silahkan masuk ke bagian “TICKETS” dan pilih tipe tiket yang Anda mau!

  What should I do to buy LaLaLa Festival 2019 ticket? First, after accessing our website at www.lalalafest.com, make sure to make a LaLaLa account before you proceed to your ticket purchase. When you do have your account ready, go to section “TICKETS” and pick the ticket type you wish for!

• Harus bikin akun LaLaLa lagi ga kalau udah bikin untuk pembelian tiket LaLaLa tahun lalu? Tidak perlu, akun tersebut masih bisa dipergunakan untuk beli tiket LaLaLa 2019!

  Should I make another LaLaLa account if I already have one from last year’s ticket purchase? No, your account is still valid for 2019’s LaLaLa ticket purchase!

• Apa yang harus saya lakukan setelah melakukan pembelian tiket online?Kamu tinggal menunggu kiriman email dari LaLaLa saja dan akan dalam waktu singkat menjadi bagian dari LaLaLa Festival 2019!

  What do I have to do after making the payment if I buy my tickets online?All you need to do is wait! An email with your e-ticket in it is on its way to your inbox and in minutes you’ll be officially part of LaLaLa Festival 2019’s crowd!

• Apa yang harus dilakukan jika saya tidak menerima email setelah melakukan pembayaran?Silahkan email langsung ke info@lalalafest.com atau order@lalalafest.com dan cantumkan kode booking. Kami akan cek status order mu dan segera memberi bantuan!

  What do I do if I have not received any email after I made my payment?Please email us through info@lalalafest.com or order@lalalafest.com and tell us your booking code. We’ll check the status of your order and help you out as soon as we can!

Ticket Regulations

• Jumlah tiket maksimal yang bisa dibeli satu orang berapa? 1 ID bisa beli sampai maksimal 4 tiket.

  What is the maximum amount of ticket 1 person can purchase? 1 ID can buy up to 4 tickets maximum.

• Jika saya tidak jadi datang, apakah tiket saya bisa di refund? Dengan berat hati, sebagaimana sudah tertera di Syarat dan Ketentuan, seluruh tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan atas alasan apapun.

  If I suddenly cannot attend the event, can I get a refund?Unfortunately, as agreed on the terms and condition, we do not provide refunds for any excuses.

• Jika saya tidak jadi datang, apakah tiket saya bisa digantikan orang lain?Jika dengan sangat menyesal kamu telah membeli tiket namun tidak dapat hadir dan ingin memindahtangankan tiketmu, pastikan bahwa temanmu membawa fotokopi identitasmu dan Surat Kuasa dengan dibubuhi materai Rp 6000,00 sebagai bukti persetujuan darimu!

  If I fail to attend, can I pass my ticket to someone else?In cases where (very sadly) you have purchased our ticket but cannot attend and would like to pass it, make sure that your friend brings a copy of your ID Card (that you have used to purchase our ticket) along with a Power of Attorney letter signed on Materai Rp. 6000,- as a proof of your approval to pass on your ticket.

• Apakah saya bisa masuk kembali ke area festival jika saya sudah keluar? Ya, selama wristband kalian masih terpasang.

  Can I re-enter the festival area after exiting? Yes, as long as your wristband is still on your wrist.

• Apakah acara akan dibatalkan jika hujan? Acara akan tetap berlangsung meskipun hujan, maka dari itu kami menyarankan pengunjung untuk membawa jas hujan. Pembatalan dilakukan apabila terjadi cuaca ekstrem yang tidak dapat terkendali.

  Will the event be cancelled if it’s raining? The festival will still take place whether it rains or shines, which is why we advise our visitors to bring raincoats. Cancellation will be held upon uncontrollable extreme weathers.

• Kenapa pajaknya 30%? Semua acara musik yang diadakan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat dikenakan pajak sebesar 30%, kita tetap harus taat pada hukum!

  Why is the tax 30%? Any music event held in West Regency of Bandung are subject to 30% of tax, unfortunately laws are laws!

Early Bird

• Jadi Early Bird tuh maksudnya gimana sih? Kalau beli tiket Early Bird, artinya kamu memperoleh Tiket Reguler dengan harga yang jauh lebih murah! Selain waktu pembelian dimana kamu telah membeli tiket lebih awal dibanding yang lain, hak kamu di LaLaLa Festival sama saja seperti yang lain!

  What does it mean if I have an Early Bird ticket? It means that your have acquired a Regular Ticket with a much much cheaper price! Apart from buying your tickets ahead of everyone, your rights in LaLaLa Festival is the same as any other regular ticket buyers!

• Apa bedanya Early Bird dan Early Entry? Bedanya adalah di jam masuk area festival. Bagi pembeli tiket Early Entry, diwajibkan sudah berada di area festival sebelum jam 4. Bagi pembeli tiket Early Bird tidak ada ketentuan jam masuk area festival.

  What is the difference between Early Bird and Early Entry? The difference is in the entrance to the festival area time. For Early Entry ticket holders, they are obliged to be within the festival area before 4PM. As for Early Bird ticket holders, they are free to enter the festival area whenever they want.

• Kalau saya beli tiket Early Bird, apakah artinya saya harus datang ke festival lebih cepat? Tidak. Anda diperbolehkan untuk datang ke area festival kapanpun Anda mau! Tapi lagi-lagi, jangan sampai kelewatan momen di LaLaLa! Kami tetap menganjurkan pengunjung untuk datang lebih awal untuk menikmati venue kami saat matahari masih ada dan karena bintang tamu kami pun sudah siap perform dari siang hari!

  If I have an Early Bird ticket does that mean I have to come earlier to the festival? No. You are allowed to enter the festival area at any time you wish! But again, LaLaLa Festival is not an event you want to miss a minute of! So do come earlier to enjoy the daylight in our majestic pine tree venue and our guest stars who are ready to perform from noon!

Early Entry

• Apa yang terjadi jika saya tidak datang sebelum jam 4 sore di area festival? Kalau sampai Anda tidak hadir sebelum jam 4 sore di Orchid Forest, maka akan dikenakan charge senilai selisih harga tiket Early Entry dan tiket Reguler.

  What happens if I can’t come to the festival before 4PM? If you cannot arrive before 4PM at Orchid Forest, there will be a charge that you need to pay amounting to the difference between Early Entry ticket price and Reguler ticket price.

• Apakah ada ketentuan khusus lainnya yang perlu diikuti pemegang tiket Early Entry? Tidak, yang perlu kamu ikuti adalah aturan jam masuk saja.

  Is there any other specific rules that Early Entry ticket holders must follow? No, all you need to abide to is the time of entrance into the venue.

Group Packages

• Apakah saya dapat menukar tiket Group Package secara terpisah?Tidak. Penukaran untuk Group Package harus sekaligus 4 tiket dan tidak dapat dilakukan secara terpisah.

  Can I exchange exchange Group Package e-tickets separately?No. Group Package ticket exchange must be done all at once where which 4 tickets are exchanged simultaneously and cannot be done separately.

• Jadi siapakah yang bisa menukar e-tiket Group Package?Salah satu pemilik dari 4 tiket Group Package tersebut sah untuk menukar tiket-tiket tersebut.

  So who can exchange Group Package e-tickets?One of the 4 Group Package ticket owner can exchange the tickets.

• Saat penukaran tiket, beliau cukup membawa e-tiket saja kan?Beliau harus membawa beberapa hal:

  • 4 e-tickets
  • ID miliknya
  • 3 surat kuasa dari pemilik 3 tiket lainnya.
  • Fotokopi ID dari pemilik 3 tiket lainnya.

  During the ticket exchange, he/she should just bring the e-tickets right?There are several things he/she should bring:

  • 4 e-tickets
  • His/her ID
  • 3 Power of Attorney letters from the 3 other ticket owners
  • A photocopy of each of the 3 other ticket owners

VIP Ticket

• Apa saja yang didapat jika saya membeli VIP tiket? Kamu akan mendapatkan banyak keuntungan fasilitas VIP selama acara berlangsung sebagai berikut:

  • VIP Viewing Area
  • VIP Toilet
  • VIP Lounge & Bar
  • VIP Entrance Access
  Benefit lainnya yang belum tersebut pasti akan kami infokan di social media!

  What benefits do I get if I buy VIP ticket? You will be entitled to the following privileges during the event if as a VIP ticket holder:

  • Exclusive VIP Viewing Area
  • Exclusive VIP Toilet
  • Exclusive VIP Lounge & Bar
  • Exclusive VIP Entrance Access
  Other unmentioned benefits will of course be announced in our social media!

• Bagaimana jika saya ingin upgrade ticket dari reguler ke VIP? Silahkan datang langsung ke booth ticketing kami di hari-H untuk upgrade dari tiket Reguler ke VIP!

  What if I want to upgrade my ticket from regular to VIP? You can come to our ticketing booth on the D-Day and request and upgrade from Reguler ticket to VIP!

Wristband

• Jika saya sudah membeli tiket, dimana dan kapan saya harus menukarnya dengan wristband? Kami akan melaksanakan penukaran tiket di KIRI Social Bar Bandung dengan jadwal:

  • Rabu 20 Februari mulai jam 2 siang sampai 9 malam
  • Kamis 21 Februari mulai jam 2 siang sampai 9 malam
  • Jumat 22 Februari mulai jam 2 siang sampai 7 malam
  Anda dapat melakukan penukaran ticket Hari H di venue LaLaLa Festival 2019 juga. Akan tetapi kami sangat menyarankan pengunjung kami untuk menukar e-ticketnya sebelum hari H agar tidak perlu mengantri lagi!

  After purchasing a ticket, where and when do I have to exchange it for a wristband?We will be opening Ticket Exchange at KIRI Social Bar Bandung with the following schedule:

  • Wednesday 20th February 2019 at 2pm until 9pm
  • Thursday 21st February 2019 at 2pm until 9pm
  • Friday 22nd February 2019 at 2pm until 7pm
  You can also exchange your tickets on the D-Day at LaLaLa Festival 2019’s venue. However we highly recommend our visitors to exchange their tickets prior to the D-Day so you won’t have to queue there!

• Bagaimana jika wristband saya hilang atau rusak?Kami ingatkan kembali bahwa ketika wristband sudah dipegang oleh pembeli, pihak LaLaLa sudah tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan ataupun kehilangan wristband tersebut. Oleh karena itu, kami sarankan pembeli kami untuk menjaga baik-baik wristband masing-masing sampai Hari H.

  What do I do if my wristband is damaged or lost?We would like to remind again our buyers that once the wristbands are in their possession, LaLaLa Festival will not be responsible for any damage or loss that can occur to the wristbands. Henceforth, we highly advise our buyers to keep their wristbands in intact conditions until the D-Day.

• Bisakah wristband saya dipakai orang lain? Ya, selama kamu belum memasangkan wristbandmu di tanganmu.

  Can my wristband be used by another person? It’s possible as long as the wristband hasn’t been buckled onto your hand already.

• Apakah akan terdapat penjualan tiket on the spot?Kami akan menyediakan tiket OTS dengan jumlah yang SANGAT terbatas.

  Will there be on the spot ticket sales? We will be selling OTS tickets with a VERY limited amount.

Belongings

Do

• Bolehkah saya membawa obat-obatan pribadi ke venue?Hanya obat-obatan dengan resep dokter. Pastikan Anda membawa resep tersebut agar obat-obatan yang Anda bawa dapat di cek kepentingannya. Tidak diperbolehkan untuk membawa obat-obatan terlarang jenis apapun ke dalam tempat acara.

  Can I bring my personal medication to the venue? Only for prescribed medications. Along with your prescribed medication, you must also bring the doctor’s prescription to ensure the credibility of your medication. It is prohibited to bring any form of recreational drugs to the venue. .

• Apakah saya boleh membawa kamera ke dalam acara?Kamera profesional dengan lensa yang bisa dilepas tidak diperbolehkan ke dalam acara, tapi kalian bisa membawa kamera lainnya!

  Can I bring my camera to the venue? You are allowed to bring cameras as long as they are not professional (which means as long as they do not have a removable lens)!

• Haruskah saya membawa KTP ke venue? Ya, untuk memastikan bahwa kamu dapat memasuki tempat acara dengan lancar!

  Do I have to bring ID to the venue? For the sake of your entrance, you should bring it!

• Apa yang terjadi jika saya membawa salah satu barang yang terlarang?Tahun ini kami sangat tegas dengan peraturan Barang Terlarang agar pengunjung kami aman. Maka dari itu barang-barang terlarang yang ditemukan oleh staf keamanan kami akan langsung dibuang dan tidak akan ada tempat penitipan barang tersebut. Pastikan Anda tidak membawa satupun Barang Terlarang!

  What happens if I bring with me an item included in the Prohibited Items list?This year we are serious and strict about the Prohibited Items regulations to ensure the utmost safety of our visitors. Which is why all prohibited items found by our security team will be disposed immediately and will NOT be put aside for customers to reclaim. Make sure you do not bring any of the prohibited items we’ve listed!

• Saya hamil, apakah aman untuk datang ke acara LaLaLa Festival?Acara kami akan sangat besar dan ramai, untuk keamanan Anda kami tidak menyarankan wanita hamil untuk datang. Hal-hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan adalah medan venue kami yang sangat luas dan menanjak.

  I am pregnant, is it safe for me to come to LaLaLa Festival?The event will be massive and packed, hence for your safety we do not recommend pregnant women to come. The many considerations include the terrain of our venue that is considerably vast and that is also on inclining grounds.

• Saya ingin menggunakan sepatu hak tinggi, apakah memungkinkan?Tidak. Kami sangat tidak menyarankan pengunjung kami untuk menggunakan sepatu dengan hak tinggi. Gunakanlah sepatu yang nyaman karena Anda akan banyak jalan-jalan!

  I am thinking of wearing high heels, is that possible?No. We strongly advise our visitors to not wear heels to go to our venue. Please wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking around a lot!

Facilities

• Apakah akan tersedia vendor makanan dan minuman selama acara? Tentu! Kami tidak akan membiarkanmu kelaparan dan kehausan selama acara berlangsung!

  Will there be food and beverage vendors at the festival? Of course! You didn’t think we would let you starve and thirsty, did you?

• Apakah akan ada Tim Medis disana? Tidak perlu khawatir, kami akan memastikan bahwa tim medis akan siap siaga sepanjang acara berlangsung!

  Will there be emergency medical team on spot? Sure, there will be emergency medical team stand by so you don’t have to worry!

• Apakah akan ada mushola / ruang beribadah di area festival? Iya!

  Will there be prayer rooms at the festival area? Yes!

• Apakah akan ada charging station?Venue kami di hutan bukan di mal! Pastikan Anda membawa power bank agar semua momen bisa diabadikan di venue indah kami!

  Will there be any charging station?It’s a forest not a mall! Do bring power banks so you can capture every moment at our magical venue!

• Apakah akan terdapat booth Lost and Found? Ya, tapi kami sangat menganjurkan untuk berhati-hati dengan barang-barang pribadi yang kamu bawa. Jika kamu menemukan barang-barang yang tertinggal, kamu bisa meninggalkannya di booth yang telah tersedia untuk kenyamanan bersama. Sharing is caring, right?

  Will there be any Lost and Found booth? Yes, but we strongly advise you to be extra cautious with your personal belongings. If you find anything at the venue that doesn’t belong to you, you may leave it in our Lost and Found booth. Sharing is caring, right?

Payment Options

• Saat sudah berada di venue, opsi pembayaran apa saja yang berlaku?Untuk jajan makanan dan minuman atau pembelian merchandise, Anda dapat menggunakan cara pembayaran berikut:

  • Kartu Debit dan Kartu Kredit Mandiri
  • E-money Mandiri

  Once in the venue, what payment options can I use?For the purchase of food and beverage or for merchandise purchase, you can use the following payment options:

  • Debit Card & Credit Card Mandiri
  • E-money Mandiri

• Bagaimana kalau saya tidak memiliki kartu debit atau kartu kredit Mandiri?Gunakanlah e-money! Anda dapat top up e-money Anda menggunakan debit berlogo ATM Bersama atau Cash. Pastikan Anda sudah top up e-money Anda sebelum hari H agar tidak kelamaan mengantri saat Festival berlangsung. PS: Anda tidak dapat top up e-money Anda menggunakan kartu kredit.

  What if I do not own a Mandiri Debit Card or Mandiri Credit Card?You can use e-money! You can top up your e-money using Debit Cards with ATM Bersama logo or with cash. Make sure you top up your e-money prior to the D-Day so you don’t have to spend too much time queueing during the Festival. PS: You cannot top up your e-money using credit cards.

• Bagaimana caranya jika saya ingin mengajukan kerjasama? Kami sangat terbuka dengan segala bentuk kerjasama, kolaborasi, dan sponsorship. Jangan ragu untuk menghubungi kami di media@lalalafest.com untuk kerjasama dan kolaborasi, sponsorship@lalalafest.com untuk sponsorship untuk mewujudkannya!

• Apakah akan ada band submission? Tentu! Dan tahun ini kami buka Music Submission!

  Will there be a band submission? Yes! And this year we’re opening Music Submission

• Apakah akan ada rekrutmen untuk volunteer? Untuk sekarang ini kami tidak buka open recruitment untuk volunteers.

  Will there be an open recruitment for volunteer? For now we still will be doing no recruitment for volunteers.

Shuttle

• Apa yang harus saya lakukan setelah membeli tiket LaLaLa Shuttle?Setelah transaksimu sukses, Anda harus menukar e-ticket tersebut menjadi wristband shuttle.

  What should I do after I have purchased my LaLaLa Shuttle ticket?After your transaction is successfully made, you must exchange your e-ticket into shuttle wristbands.

• Apakah saya bisa menggunakan LaLaLa shuttle hanya untuk kepulangan?Tentu! Ticket LaLaLa shuttle berlaku untuk kepergian dan kepulangan. Namun untuk kepergian atau kepulangan saja juga bisa. Pastikan Anda tetap menukarkan e-ticket shuttle Anda ke wristband. Tanpa wristband tersebut, Anda tidak dapat menaiki LaLaLa Shuttle.

  Can I use the LaLaLa Shuttle only for the return from the venue to UPI?Of course! LaLaLa Shuttle tickets are valid for both the departure to the venue and the return from the venue to UPI. You can even use it just for the departure to the venue from UPI only. Make sure you have exchanged your shuttle e-tickets into wristband first and foremost as you will not be able to ride the shuttle without it.
